I also learned about Zoho from the Crunchies. This seems to be along the lines of google tools.
It does allow you to collaborate and save on line. But it is an alternative to google and the microsoft suite of tools. I need to play with it more to learn more about it.
I will do this and if I learn more, I will share.
But if you need to collaborate on a project and do not want to use google, check out Zoho!

You can also check out deskaway.com if you are looking for a project collab. tool with great customer service and that is simple and powerful to use. You can signup for a free account.
We're using Wrike. Saves us loads of time! As for Zoho Projects - it's still too buggy.
